How to Apply
Applying to Campus View is very simple. Come in to our office and we’ll take care of you.
If you want to live alone, you must get your deposit in and sign the lease. For all other living arrangements, at least 2 tenants are required to have their deposit in to reserve a unit.
At the time of the lease signing, tenants must have $350—$300 of which is for the activity/administrative fee (this is non-refundable) and the rest as part of the security deposit. The remainder of the deposit is due in 30 days. Total deposit amounts depend on the specific unit being leased. Generally, a townhouse deposit will be $350 per person. Apartments deposits range from $300-$500 per person for two people living in a 1 or 2 bedroom unit. One person in a studio or one bedroom will be required to put down a $600 deposit.
Rent is due the day the lease commences, and remains due on that day every month throughout the lease.
