Hi! I’m helping my roommate find someone to sublease her room. She’s looking for someone to sublease for either the summer or the entire 12 month lease (May-May). Our townhouse is a 4 bed 2 bath with a garage. We keep our place very clean and welcoming. We are very social and enjoy going out, but are also very focused on our academics.
