I am looking for a guy to take over my room for the winter semester. You would be living with 3 other guys. Move in would ideally be early January and the lease goes until July 1, 2025. Unit is 4 bed 4.5 bathroom so you will have your own bathroom. Rent is $595 before utilities, utilities are around $40 give or take.
