The unit is fully furnished and in a great location near the rapid bus stop and the shuttle stop. Rent is $545/month + utilities — compared to $620/month + utilities for a normal 9-month lease! Since this is a 12-month lease, you get the lower monthly rate while only needing to cover the remaining 9 months. Campus view offers great amenities with a pool, hot tubs, 24hour access to the fitness center, and a tanning bed. I’d be willing to pay for two months rent in advance if it helps!
