The HUB
With a game room, tanning bed, movie theater, full-sized gym, dance studio, fitness center, locker rooms, a lounge area with vending machines, and more, the Clubhouse will make life easier and more exciting for Campus View residents—and you don't even need a car. We even offer free insanity and yoga classes.
Get a group together and enjoy a show in the movie theater, or play some pick-up basketball or volleyball in the gym, or avoid the hassle of going on campus just to work out by taking advantage of our equipment.

1/2 Mile from the Heart of Campus
We’re so close to campus, we’re practically on campus. We offer all the benefits of living off-campus, with the convenience of being a stone's throw away from campus.
You’ll find us along 42nd Avenue and Pierce Street, across from the water tower, between Laker Village and Grand Valley Apartments. We’re only a half mile from the center of campus, so the hardest part of getting to class is crossing one street.

Getting Around
Easy Commute
Walk, bike, run, or skip your way to class—or ride the Rapid, running nearby our complex every five minutes.
Our exclusive shuttle also runs through our entire complex running from 7:24AM until 3:00PM every weekday while class is in session. The shuttle makes a round trip every 12 minutes from Campus View to the Kirkoff Center. View the shuttle schedule/map »
Safety & Security
Safety is Priority
A safe environment is one of our primary goals. We hire Absolute Security to be on duty from 8 pm – 4 am, Thursday through Saturday and on call every evening. In addition to security patrols, we have a very well lit complex. Each unit is equipped with a deadbolt and viewer. Ottawa County Sheriff's also make regular patrols along main roads near and through our community. There is camera monitoring throughout our Clubhouse and in some outdoor areas.
