Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my 12‑month lease in a duplex cottage from May 2026 to May 2027. The rent is $685 a month not including utilities. It would be for bedroom #4. I am no longer planning to live in the area after my current lease ends, so I’m hoping to find someone to sublease for the upcoming year.

Two of the other rooms for next year are currently left unfilled, one of my current roommates re‑signed. She’s super nice and does have a dog who is also very friendly.
