Looking to sublease, I am subleasing my 3 bedroom, furnished, townhome bedroom at Campus View, which is close to both the GVSU Bus system as well as the Campus View Bus system. Rent is $660 (Including utilities). Roommates are both male, so unfortunately, as per Campus View guidelines it cannot become a Co-Ed dorm.
